Rollright's contract mobilisation process is swift, effective and thorough. We have a dedicated mobilisation management team who ensure that mobilisation is professionally managed, taking into account the following key objectives:
TUPE
Effectively managing the TUPE process is integral to the contract mobilisation process. We are experts in the practical and legal aspects of conducting TUPE transfers, with extensive experience of managing large-scale transfers. The TUPE process for each contract is managed by an experienced Rollright implementation manager who ensures all legal requirements met and staff are comfortable and confident about the process. It is our view that the TUPE process can be a positive catalyst for change and an opportunity for staff and clients alike.
SITE AUDITS
Our mobilisation team arrange a comprehensive schedule of site audits, each conducted by experts in each respective service line. This allows us to become fully conversant with a site's needs prior to the contract going live. In our experience, this pro-active approach is the best way of guaranteeing the highest standards of service.
TRAINING
Prior to the contract's start date, Rollright's HR team ensure that all service staff are appropriately trained for their position, reviewing staff's existing skill sets and arranging for additional courses where necessary.
