Our Benchmarking Process

Using our FM intellect, we have developed a unique benchmarking method to identify ways to increase value for money, achieve statutory compliance, improve environmental management and promote best practice.

This six stage engagement model is summarised below

Stage 1- Agree Objectives
The first stage to the benchmarking process is identifying what you want to achieve. Key stakeholders from Rollright and your organisation will sign NDAs and decide upon the key success parameters of the project. Typical objectives are organisational efficiency, cost savings and statutory compliance.

Stage 2 - Audit
Rollright’s performance benchmarking analysts will review all financial data pertaining to facilities management expenditure. This stage uncovers potential cost savings.

Stage 3 - Inspect
After the financial analysis is complete, our audit team will visit your site and review organizational competence against requirements, health and safety compliance, key service lines and management structure.

Stage 4 - Report
Using the data from the audit stage and the site inspection, our analysts produce a comprehensive report that will provide your company with in-depth insight into the current performance of your site.

Stage 5 - Discuss
Drawing upon the findings from the report, we invite senior management to attend a workshop to discuss what solutions can be implemented to achieve your company’s objectives and set KPIs.

Stage 6 - Solve
After agreeing a solution, Rollright’s implementation team will oversee the mobilisation of the contract and begin achieving your company’s FM objectives.
