The London branch of Deutsche Postbank is part of Germany’s leading multichannel bank, providing services for business and corporate clients. They wanted to move from an in-house delivery model and improve their entire facilities management function.

The Benchmarking Process

Working closely with the bank and using our benchmarking process as a starting point, Rollright were able to tailor a fully integrated facilities solution which included all service lines, contract planning and an improved recruitment strategy.

The Outcome

Over a period of time, we have successfully implemented a fully-integrated solution, including on-site management, post room, reprographics, security, cleaning, maintenance, disaster recovery and health and safety.

By working together in redefining required services, Deutsche Postbank have enjoyed savings over half a million pounds in the past two years on their FM spend and seen an improvement in service delivery across the portfolio.
