The Benchmarking Process

Booz & Co came to Rollright requiring mechanical and electrical engineering management, having had difficulties with a previous supplier.Upon their request, we completed a full benchmarking exercise and were able to identify weaknesses in the technical knowledge displayed by existing engineers and an inefficient maintenance regime.

The Solution

Rollright implemented a new M&E management structure and began an extensive programme of planned, preventive maintenance. By using Rollright’s qualified engineers and our benchmarking system, Booz have not only seen an improvement in their efficiency of their plant and equipment but achieved significant cost savings.
