Acxiom are a global corporation specialising in interactive marketing services. They have four sites in the UK and were looking to streamline costs and improve the performance of their security, cleaning, reception and catering services.

The Benchmarking Process

After agreeing the scope of work, Rollright analysed historic data to identify high-spend areas. These were then evaluated and benchmarked against our financial knowledge bank. A new spending model was created that allowed Acxiom ensure expenditure was focused only on business critical areas,

The Outcome

Rollright created a bespoke package that met the individual needs of each of Acxiom’s four UK sites. We focused on creating stronger management structure within each of the service lines and by more effectively targeting spending enabled Acxiom to reduce their annual FM expenditure by 15%.
